Attention Dark Eldar and Necron players:Found a really cool site that makes laser-engraved playing tokens. They have 3-part "Pain Tokens", a batch of Necron tokens, and you can custom design your own. www.silvercompassdesigns.com/These are pretty cheap and could be usefull

Those could actually be really useful to speed up a game, improve accuracy of attacks, and especially leave the end of the game unquestionable.
My question is why doesn't GW make anything like this?!!
There are many types of tokens, and even card stock would work and be cheaper... but laser etched plastic seems so much more awesome!
and $16.00 for 10 sets is almost a worth while one time purchase.... I mean its cheaper than any box set from GW...
I am only worried GW will send their lawyers out after them as they have named specific armies and such...
Good Find!

The Necron ones are great.
I am dissappointed that Dark Eldar only get Pain Tokens; they at least also need Combat Drug indicators.

They should also get Anal Penetration indicators for all those times they get ass-raped. Just sayin'.

As long as your not commanding your waaagh, they probably have nothing to worry about that battle Wazzdakka ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) I would bet since they are just laser etched acrylic, they could probably make them and for the same price. Might just have to provide an illustrator file. Maybe just send them the suggestion, it is possible they have yet to think of that. Maybe they will send you a free sample for the idea!

Wazzdakka: Not even an Eldar comment like: "if they camouflaged themselves like trees they would be be in danger of more than just being hugged to death" or "Better hope those Red Templars have conjugal visits or they might be looking for a web way of their own upon departing the eye of terror" or even "Your momma!"
Just saying....

Inconceivable!
Wait...I hope you aren't lumping me in with Vizzini. I may be a short, bald dude...but I'm way better looking than him.
And speaking of The Princess Bride, the Paramount Theatre in Aurora will be showing The Princess Bride on Monday, June 11th...for 80 cents! Doors open at 6:30pm, show begins at 7pm. Who's in? I may have to dress up like the Dread Pirate Roberts for this. Again.

Well no one would surrender to the Dread Pirate Westley! I would go Roberts all the way! Just make sure you stop into port to get a new crew first! Either way... your so money anyway... youtu.be/aIxPcJIUb-Q

Found some cool Game Tokens by Litko Game Accessories. I was interested in 1 of the following for Hull Points on vehicles: Mini Blast Game Markers Mini Smoke Game Markers Mini Flame Game Markers![](http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41K0JN0AtJL.jpg) Opinions? Which set represents loss of Hull Points better?

Very cool! Especially on vehicles that are destroyed but not exploded! Not to mention great for picks when you do not have Ghostwheels drawing tool to "pew pew pew" things.
I sort of feel like the mini-version represents hull points better... but the bigger explosion or smoke billowing fire represent destruction better... and pending how it was killed...
For instance, if a vehicle gets hull pointed to death, in my mind it is just done for... too many hard hits have wracked some important parts and it sputters lifelessly to a hault... throw on the smoke...
But if its a lascannon or brightlance, for instance, which causes the fatal blow by actually rolling on the table... I would toss on the bigger explosion. In hindsight while writing the battle report, it will be easier to track.
What do you think?

JohnnyDangerous: What the hell are you talking about? It's like you looked at the picture and imagined the question I MIGHT have asked and then you had your own conversation about it.
There are 3 sets of tokens above. They are all the same size, as you can see by the ruler under each. There is no "big" ones. They are all small tokens which I think might be suitable to represent Hull Points on a vehicle, like the mini skulls represent Wounds on a Character.
I am just asking which of the 3 sets looks better or more appropriate for a vehicle which can still operate, but has had a Hull Point removed?
The Mini Smoke seems the most appropriate, but I like those tokens the least. I am leaning toward the Mini Blast.

I appreciate your honesty! I was trying to say that as a person who writes battle reports, I like all three but for different purposes.
One set does not seem to be a sure fire win for a game as they all have merit. Yes the smoke looks good for hull points, but to me it seems like a wreck. Obviously it is better than dirty cotton pieces or tiny markers which cannot be seen, but it fails to tell a narrative afterword... which was what I was getting on about.
Sorry for any distress, I really like all three and could see all of them being valuable tools for pics during a game as frequently a round or two of high energy/ high stress gaming goes buy with no pics. Later on its all up to memory to remember what happened. Having different counters seems to a degree to nullify this confusion.
I know your not big on the batreps... so maybe my perspective made less sense and perhaps I assumed you were psychic. I was honestly kinda WOWed... and my response was from that perspective...
