Games Workshop Makes Radical Name ChangeTanya Disher 11/13/12 According to Anna Smithwick, a spokesperson for the Games Workshop Corporation,"In response to lagging confidence of one "Wazzdakka" we will be changing the name of our company to "orkshop" as a way to apologize for giving the impression we are a heartless douche nozzle of a corporation bent solely on profit at any cost." The news comes in the wake of recent events in which another popular table top war game,"Warmachine," has been stealing business from Games Workshop. When the news that dedication to GW from Wazzdakka was on the brink of disaster, Chairman Tom Kirby was quoted as saying," We have got to do something big, we have got to do something fast, we need to let Wazzdakka know that Nottingham cares about him and his Dead Killy band of warriors!" It was soon decided by the board that the fastest way to make the greatest impact on the player was to change the name of the company. Sources within Games Workshop say they hope he gets the message and continues to play the futuristic war game.

Well, this certainly is a step in the right direction! Though I'd like to see some additional changes such as free weapon upgrades for all, and a comprehensive health care plan that will provide coverage for orks who are in need of a surgical choppa graft to replace limbs lost during battle (or while high-fiving other orks who have already received said graft).
